Cancellation Policy

Ceremony Details for (Names of clients) Date of Ceremony: Location: Ceremony: Time of Ceremony: Ceremony Type: Ceremony Fees We engage the services of Debra Massey to create and deliver the above Ceremony. We agree the following fees are payable: 50% payable by end of 14 days after first discussion, booking form signed & returned. 50% payable by 1 month before the wedding when all preparation is complete. This includes all travel, ceremony certificate, symbolic actions, multiple drafts, vows and reading options and a Souvenir Script as my gift, at a usual cost of £50. Terms and Conditions of Booking 1. Booking and Payment a) Payments are accepted by cash, cheque, or bank transfer, currently to Lead2Aspire Ltd: sort code and account details secure on website. b) Cheque payments require 10 working days for clearance. Payable to: Lead2Aspire Ltd. c) The ceremony will not be delivered on the due date in the absence of full, clear payment. d) The booking is not accepted, and no contract exists until payment is received (or cleared in the case of cheques). If the booking is not accepted, the deposit paid and submitted with the booking form will be refunded to you. e) Alteration or cancellation by you of an accepted booking will be subject to the cancellation provisions below in these terms and conditions. 2. Cancellation or Modification by Debra Massey Every effort will be made to conduct the ceremony in accordance with your requirements, but I reserve the right, at my discretion, to modify or cancel your booking, and (in that event), I will return to you all money you have paid - or I will offer you alternative arrangements. No further or additional compensation will be payable. 3. Cancellation by You If you cancel the ceremony after the booking is accepted, or the ceremony is cancelled due to non-payment of the balance of the booking fee, the deposit shall be payable or forfeited. You do have a 14-day cool-off period from the date of this booking form, if cancelled by email, within that time frame. 4. Warranties and Liability I warrant that the ceremony will be carried out with reasonable care and skill. I will have no liability to you in respect of any loss arising from incorrect instructions or booking details given by you or other fault on your part.
